Can Sportrack be Used on Class I Hitch?
Question:
You say this rack is not compatible with class 1 hitches. Isnt it compatible with only two bikes just like the 2703? Is there a difference between these two racks?

Expert Reply:
The SportRack SR2603 cannot be used with a Class I hitch, even with just two bikes on it the way the SportRack Pathway Deluxe # SR2703 can. The difference between the two is in the shanks; Class II accessories such as SR2603 have a longer shank and in some Class I hitches there is a stopper in the back that will not allow those longer shanks to fit.
