Can Spring Bar Hangers of Husky Centerline Weight Distribution System Fit 3 inch Tall Frame

The A frame on my 2012 jayco 184bh is only 3 inches in height. Will the brackets support this?

What you could do is use a spacer between the bottom of your trailer frame and the bottom bolt of the frame bracket of the Husky Centerline System part # HT32216 and you'd be good. 3 inches tall is a bit too small, but with a metal spacer you'd be fine.
