Where to Look for AC Unit Filter on a 2017 Jayco Eagle 330RSTS

Question:

Hello, We have a new travel trailer 2017 Jayco Eagle 330RSTS completed with two the same AC units Airxcell Coleman MACH 15 with Ducted installation in the living/kitchen room and the second one AC Non-Ducted in the bedroom. I was wondering if you know where the air filters has been set-up in the ducted AC. How can I clean it up, or replace? The second question please, the blower drive motor on the units may include oiling cups at the top of the motor. The manufacturer recommended using ONLY SAE 20 non-detergent type oil. May I use the Conventional engine oil 20W-50 instead of non-detergent? Thank you in advance for your prompt attention, your time and support. Best regards,

I don't exactly know where the filter is on your 2017 Jayco Eagle 330RSTS, but I can tell you what to look for. If you check out the attached photo, I have highlighted where you pull the filter out from the Atwood Air Command # AT15028-22. Your AC unit should be similar, or there should be some kind of door that you open up.

When it comes to using the oil I recommend following what the manufacturer has stated for your Coleman Mach 15 and only using SAE20. If you are determined to use 20W-50 instead then I recommend contacting Coleman first to see if they are okay with it.
