Will the Edge Gas Evolution CS2 # EP85350 Help with Fuel Economy on a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500
Question:
I have read the questions and answers regarding this model vehicle which I have. I pull a travel trailer getting ready to trade in for a fifth wheel. Im looking to increase horse power and torque. I currently get 7.5 to 8.5 mpg depending on how hard I push my truck. From people I have spoke with that have the same size gas engine in theirs are getting around 9 to 10 mpg with a fifth wheel. I understand the weight distribution is different in the two style of rvs. Will this part be a good investment for me and do you have to be automobile expert to install this program in my truck? I sure would not want to ruin my engine. Thanks

As long as you have the 6.0L V8 in your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 then the Edge Gas Evolution CS2 # EP85350 is a great selection for helping to boost your MPGs.
Not only does this performance tuner have preloaded tunes to help you reach up to 21 HP and 30 Torque, it also has one designed for fuel economy. It won't drastically increase your MPGs, but you could see your average go up by 1 or 2 depending on your driving habits. The installation details have been linked for you to check out.
It does not take an expert mechanic to use this at all! It simply plugs directly into your OBD-II port and mounts to your windshield via suction cup. Everything else you just need to read up on and get familiar with.
Please note that this performance module is not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles in the state of California.
