The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System # BWMC2301 is a fit for Harley-Davidson Touring such as your 2017 Road Glide Ultra so long as it has a frame tube diameter of between 1-1/8 inches and 1-1/4 inches with a frame width of between 10 inches and 14-1/2 inches. The air ride is not going to affect the fit and the system is height adjustable so as long as you have between 5 inches and 6-1/2 inches from the side of the frame tubes to the ground you will be fine.
