Solution for Carrying a Kayak with a 1974 Ford F-100 with Truck Cap
Question:
Dear etrailer-Team, I am looking for a rack to transport a wooden kayak ca. 50lbs on my 1974 F-100, please see attached picture. The shell seems to have a wooden frame. Do you have any product that could work with such a delicate structure? Looking forward to hearing from you.

I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately the only things that we have to offer wouldn't work for since your camper slopes down.
The best solution for you would be to tow a smaller trailer behind your F-100. We have trailers like the Malone EcoLight Trailer # MAL53FR. You could then put on a kayak carrier like the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier # S510.
You can also add a roof bike rack like the Swagman # S64720 to carry your bike.
I have linked some review videos for you to check out for more information on these systems.
