The "JJ" designation you are referring to is the contour of the bead seat on the wheel; essentially is the shape, though it isn't something you really need to consider in terms of fit. More important is going to be the wheel bolt pattern and load rating. Your tires are size 225/75R15 and the "D" at the end means they have a load range of D; the load range is important because you will need tires that have combined load rating greater than the 10,000 lb GVWR of your trailer.
As for bolt pattern it is likely your wheels have a bolt pattern of 6 on 5-1/2" though you'll want to verify this to make sure. If you are unsure how, please take a look at the linked help article on determining wheel bolt pattern I've added for you.
Should your wheels have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern I recommend the Karrier Karrier # AM32664 which has a 15" diameter x 6" wide wheel with 225/75R15 tires. This wheel and tire combo has a load rating of D with a capacity of 2,540 lbs at 65 psi.
I've added a link to a video review of this tire and wheel combination for you to take a look at.
