I do still have options for you to carry bikes on your 2018 Honda Civic with the center mounted exhaust but a hitch mounted bike rack is not an option due to the trailer hitch not fitting models with the center mounted exhaust like you have. There is a tech tip on the page for each hitch that excludes models with this feature. Instead, I recommend a trunk mount bike rack.
For a trunk mounted bike rack, I recommend the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier part # TH910XT which is an excellent option for you that has 6 attachment points for security, cushioned anti-sway cradles that prevent bike to bike contact, and soft rubber pads on the base of the rack to prevent scratches to the vehicles surface. As long as your bikes do not weigh more than 35 lbs each then this rack will work for you.
