We don't have torsion axles, but we do have the Timbren Axle Less systems like the part # A35RS545E which is somewhat similar. Basically these mount to either side of the trailer frame and use a rubber spring that is similar to a torsion spring for suspension. The kit I mentioned comes with brake assemblies and hub/drums that have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
