Recommended 4-Bike Platform Rack for Combination of Bike Styles with Fenders

Question:

Looking at a platform bike rack for a 2inch reciever on our Durango. We want to be able to carry 2 to 4 bikes, 1 20, and 2-3 adult bikes, 2 of which are womens Here is the problem, all bikes have full fenders, so that may make it difficult to hold strictly by the wheels.

Thanks for providing the important details about your bike rack needs.

Since all of your bikes share the feature of full fenders, that does indeed pretty much rule out wheel-mount racks like the excellent Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Platform Rack # NV22G-NA22G.

But a frame-mount type rack, such as the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z, can work fine even on the women's-style frame simply by adding an adapter bar such as # UB01 between the seat post and handlebar stem. All 4-bike frame-mount platform carriers are shown on the linked page.
