Can Ford LED Lighted Vehicle Emblem be Wired to Tow Package Wiring on 2015 Ford F-150
Question:
Rather than adding the logic box I think it is called, can I simply wire the 3 wires from the fixture into the appropriate wires of the towing harness? This will avoid the blinking and have everything operating correctly right? Any downside to this approach?

The little converter box, also sometimes called a logic box, included with Ford LED Lighted Vehicle Emblem # RP86620, isn't used for all applications so you could wire the emblem to the tow package wiring if you want to.
The tow package wiring will have combined turn signals and brake lights though so if you wired it directly to the tow package wiring the emblem would blink with whichever turn signal/brake circuit it is attached to. The converter box would separate out the turn signals from the brake lights before going into the emblem.
