will these brake components work with a 5000 lb axle technology axle? hub is 12 by 2 inch

The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 7K # 23-464-465 will work with your Axle Technology axle, however, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA which is less expensive and made by Axle Technology.
Either option will work great with your 12x2 inch hubs.
