I need to find a class VI receiver hitch for a 2003 Ford E-450 Ambulance. The vehicle has 42inch frame rails outside to outside. Thank you

I do have an option for you but the 2003 Ford E-450 is a cab and chassis model to which our aftermarket manufacturers do not test/designed their hitches for. In addition to this we do not offer a Class VI trailer hitch receiver. Therefore, the best option I can offer you is the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets part # 15901. This hitch has a Class V rating with a 2" receiver tube opening. It fits frame rails spaced between 18" and 43" apart therefore will work well for you. The 3" drop brackets can be cut/modified to fit your exact specifications.
