Which Blue Ox Base Plates Fit a 2003 Jeep Liberty

We have a BX7420 Tow Bar . Which tow plate do we need for a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport.?

For the 2003 Jeep Liberty, you will need Blue Ox Base Plates, # BX1119, that you have referenced. These are compatible with the motor home mounted tow bar, # BX7420, that you have. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation.
There are several other items you will need to flat tow your vehicle; safety cables, lighting, and a supplemental braking system.
For safety cables, use # BX88197. These have coiled design that helps to keep them off of the ground.
For lighting there are several options. I have included a link to an FAQ article that will help you to decide which option is best for you.
Most states now require supplemental braking on vehicles that are being towed. I recommend the InvisiBrake # RM-8700. I have linked a video showing how it works and installs.
