Question:
I have a 2016 Ford F250 super duty diesel long bed with a Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Wiring Harness - Single Jaw - 18,000 lbs Item # RP30142 and an Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches Item # RP30126. What if any rear air bag suspension work with this setup?

Expert Reply:
For your 2016 Ford F-250 long bed with the Reese Elite Rails # RP30126 installed, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2597. This air spring system is compatible with your underbed fifth-wheel rails and will do a great job of enhancing the truck's factory suspension. They provide up to 5,000 pounds of load support to reduce strain on the rear axle, keeping the truck level and allowing for adjustability to maintain a smooth ride regardless of the type of load you are hauling. All of the needed brackets, springs, air lines, and hardware for installation are included.
I have attached an installation video for this system, along with the written instructions that you can also take a look at.
