The Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner part # SU2845 has four different tunes which are for economy, towing, daily driving, and extreme performance. Each tune will adjust the vehicle's engine control unit (ECU) to provide the best possible configuration within that particular setting.
The towing tune will adjust the shift points which will in turn prolong the life of your transmission. The economy tune will improve fuel consumption by providing the vehicle's fuel pump with more pressure which will in turn increase your fuel's burn efficiency. The daily driving tune features a combination of the above but in a setting that is more ideal for everyday usage. The extreme performance tune will adjust timing, spark, and fuel pressure to boost the vehicle's horsepower/torque ratings. Each of the above tune settings do more than what is listed but these are some examples of how they provide the benefits.
In addition to the above feature, the device can read/clear engine codes, display engine vitals, and record track times. It is made right here in the U.S.A. and comes with a 2-year warranty.
