What is the dimensions of the microwave without the trim plate? My cutout for a microwave in the RV is 20 1/2 inch w x 14 3/8 tall.

The overall dimensions of the Greystone Microwave part # 324-000105 and # 324-000106 without the trim kit is 12" H X 19" W X 14 5/8" D.
That means you'd need a cutout larger than 12 inches tall and 19 inches wide. What you mentioned having would work well.
