For your 2006 Colorado fifth-wheel trailer with 5,200 lb EZ Lube axles, there are a couple of possibilities. The best way to determine the correct parts is to disassemble a hub on one side of the trailer and get the bearing part numbers off of the bearings that are on the spindle. I put together a drawing showing where part numbers are and/or how to measure to determine the correct parts for trailer hub and drum assemblies, see link.
If your hubs have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt circle, you will most likely need the # 25580 inner bearing, and either a # 15123 outer bearing or a # LM67048 outer bearing. You will need a double lip seal for the EZ Lube axle so either 10-36 seals, # RG06-070, ( 2.25 inch i.d.), or 10-10 seals, # RG06-090, (2.125 inch i.d.).
If your hubs have an 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt circle, you will you will most likely need the # 25880 inner bearing, and either a # 14125A outer bearing or a # 02475 outer bearing. One of the seals mentioned above would most likely be correct for this hub also.
Once we know the correct bearing and seal parts, we can determine the correct races and grease cap for your axles.
