Upgrading Husky Centerline Weight Distribution for Tongue Weight over 800 lb

Question:

I have the Husky Centerline TS with 400-600 lbs spring bars. It attaches to my travel trailer max weight 3500 lbs - though we hardly pack over 3,000.bs // listed tongue as 350 lbs. I am thinking up getting a heavier trailer max weight 4500 lbs. - not packing over 4,000 lbs. but listed tongue 550 lbs. What weight spring bars would you suggest we need? There are 400 - 800xx and the 800-1,000 lbs. bars. I am guessing total tongue weight as: 550 trailer + 120 Husky Hitch weight + 200 ? cargo = 870 lbs. which suggests 800 - 1,000 bars? If so, would those bars be noticeably heavier?

If you are sure you are going to be over 800 lbs like you mentioned the correct Husky Centerline spring bars you'd need would be the part # HT32329 which have the tongue weight range of 800 to 1,200 lbs.

You may have included it as your "cargo" figure but you do have to consider any weight behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle as tongue weight.
