It sounds like you are needing a ball mount with a drop so you can tow your trailer level with the lifted 2013 Ford F-350.
In order to determine the exact drop you need, you just need to take a couple quick measurements on your trailer and truck. Starting with the truck parked on level ground, take a measurement from the ground to the top of the trailer hitch receiver. Then, with the trailer also on level ground, measure from the ground to the bottom of the coupler. If the measurement on your truck is larger, you know you will need a ball mount with a drop. The difference between the two measurements will provide you with the amount of drop needed.
I recommend looking into an adjustable ball mount like the Curt Ball Mount # C45900. This ball mount is compatible with 2 inch receivers and will provide you with a maximum drop of 6 inches or a maximum rise of 5-1/4 inches. It also includes a 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch ball.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product, along with a link that will take you to our available selection of ball mounts that you can look through. You can filter through the different drops (and rises) available by using the facets on the left side of the page.
