Question:
My brand new RVS 83112 wireless backup camera will not join the network and will not shut off. Please help.

The Rear View Safety WiFi Hitch Backup Camera System - Wireless # RVS-83112-WIFI has a power switch on the camera that will disconnect it or you can simply hit the button on your phone under the "information" icon to select disconnect. You will need to scan the QR code in the attached instructions or download the SafetyEye (iPhone) or SafetyCam (Android) app for proper connection.
