Hello I have a f-150 2015 XLT small bed with sprayed lining. How do I go about installing this over the bed? Do you have any videos or is it straight forward, are the bolts long enough to bolt down? Thanks

The Erickson O-Track Tie Down Anchors # EM59133 install by bolting to the mounting surface. This means you would have to drill wherever you want to install it. The spray-in bed liner should not be a problem though you may need to sand it down to smooth it out if the track is uneven.
Whether or not the bolts are long enough depends on where you are mounting it. If you want to bolt it down through the bed and into the frame then the bolts will likely have to be longer and you would need to obtain some locally. We do not have a video showing installation . . . yet.
