Will the Shorter Yakima Compact Truck Ladder Rack Uprights Fit on a Full-Size Ram?

I want a lower profile than the 29” height of the full-size Yakima tower. Will the towers for a compact truck 26-1/2” ht mount securely on my 2015 RAM 1500 truck?

For your 2015 Ram 1500, the confirmed fit is the Yakima Outdoorsman 300 Ladder Rack with 66" CrossBars for Full Size Trucks # Y01137-Y00410. The fit you are looking for is the same width, but the shorter height that you find in the # Y01136-Y00410 which is the same system just shorter at 26-1/2 inches versus 29 inches tall.
This will reduce your cab clearance, but it will fit the same other than that.
