There are two different tire sizes that come from the factory for a 2004 Toyota Highlander. They are 225/65-17 and 225/70-16 but the really good news is there are many chains that fit both factory sizes. For the best and easiest to install option, I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594245. These chains are easy to install, have no other parts needed, and are made of manganese nickel alloy steel for durability.
Your other class s options are attached, but these will be the best value.
