We can help you. SportRack is part of the global Thule Group of brands and their products share lock and key parts.
If you still have a lock core in the cargo box note the lock core number. This is what you need to order a new key. Just add the lock core code to the following prefix THKEY _ _ _ _. For example, if the lock code is N061 you will want to order part # THKEYN061.
I checked with SportRack and they do not have a cargo box model 440, but I also checked with other makers of similar items and found that Rhino-Rack did have a cargo box model 440L.
To help you get what you need as quickly as possible I have linked our main page for spare parts for all brands of cargo boxes. These include lock parts. Just click on the appropriate brand and part category to see available parts.
If you cannot find what you need based on the photos and descriptions on our site you can always send us photos of your overall box and of the lock and we'll try to match up a replacement.
