Adapter For 5-Flat Towing Plug to 4-Flat Trailer Light Plug
Question:
Does an adapter for a 5-flat vehicle side to 4-flat trailer side, without rewiring the light harness on the vehicle, exist? If so where can I find it?

If you were wondering if you need to make the trailer a 5-way, technically a 4-way and 5-way can plug into each other, so you don't have to do anything. You don't even have to wire the vehicle side. But if you want the function of the 5th pin, then you will need to add a 5-way to the trailer and wire it with # HM47910.
