Platform 4-Bike Rack that Will Tilt Away From Vehicle to Access Rear Cargo Area

Hi quick question. Does the whole rack tilt down on the swagman 2+2 for access to the tailgate without taking the 2 closest bikes off.

I do have another recommendation for you however the Swagman Quad S64692, does not tilt away from the vehicle. Instead look at the Holllywood Racks Sport Rider SE, part # HR1400Z. It's another platform hitch mounted rack that can be used as a 2-bike or 4-bike rack. The Sport Rider SE also tilts away from the vehicle to provide more room when accessing the rear of your vehicle.
