The Curt Double Lock Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C607-604 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 and will provide a 30,000 pound towing capacity. The included installation kit will use existing holes in the truck's frame so you won't have to drill to install the frame brackets.

Then, if you are referring to the Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection that mounts to a gooseneck hitch on the truck, it will indeed be compatible with the above mentioned Curt Gooseneck Hitch. We no longer carry this particular Andersen product, but keep in mind that it does feature a 24,000 pound capacity, so you will need to follow this lower limit instead of the 30,000 pound maximum on the Curt hitch.
