Question:
My truck is a 16 F350. Can we install a gooseneck, 5th wheel combination type hitch that could be removed if needed?

Yes, you could absolutely installed both a 5th wheel and gooseneck hitch that could then be removed if needed on your 2016 Ford F-350. For the gooseneck hitch, I recommend the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWGNRK1111-5W. This hitch has a gross towing weight of up to 30,000 lbs and come with a 2-5/15" hitch ball. Please keep in mind that you will need to drill holes into the truck bed in order for the hitch to work.
Then for the 5th wheel hitch, I recommend using the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3400-5W if you have the 6-3/4' bed or part # BWRVK3500-5W if you have the 8' bed. This hitch is specifically designed to be used with the above gooseneck hitch and will not require any more holes that will need to be drilled for installation. They both have a 20,000 lb gross towing weight.
If you do not have an in-bed 7-way then I recommend using part # 50-97-410. All three of the above hitches are made right here in the U.S.A. and come with a lifetime warranty. They are also considered to be one of the best on the market. I have attached a review video on each option for you as well.
