If you are looking for snow chains for a 245/45R19 size tire then the most popular that we carry is the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW1042. These are cables and come in a ladder design so they are more of an economic option.

For a higher end option that performs really well I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594245 which are easier to install and feature D links in a diamond pattern for superior traction.
