Will the SeaSucker Work to Carry a Tadpole Trike on a 2016 Hyundai Tucson

Question:

I have a leased 2016 Hyundai Tucson and I need to transport a tadpole trike 1,000 miles on I-95 at interstate speeds, The roof has evenly spaced ridges on it which could potentially interfere with getting a flat suction surface. Do you think this SeaSucker is a legitimate option and would be a reliable, safe way to transport the trike? My other option is shipping the trike, Thanks

I looked at some pictures of the 2016 Hyundai Tucson roof and it appears that you would be able to place the SeaSucker Roof Bike Rack for Trikes # 298-BD1005 so as to avoid those raised sections in the roof. The larger two sections of this system measure 13 inches long and 6 inches wide. They will mount to the roof long ways so you can measure the space you have between those raised sections in the roof as well as the width between the rear wheels on the trike (measured from the center of tread to center of tread) to make sure it will all work.

The vacuum cups this system uses are very strong and it will be a safe way to carry the trike even at highway speeds.
