Parts Needed to Add Surge Disc Brakes to 1997 Trailrite Sailboat Trailer
Question:
I have a 1997 Trailrite sailboat trailer for a Catalina 250 wing keel sailboat. The Atwood 61101 #6000 lb surge actuator is junk. I would like to convert to disc brakes front? axle only. Please advise. Notes: Actuator bolted to 3inch sq. trailer tongue, 3inch bolt spacing.

Most likely you have 3,500 lb spindles on your trailer based on the wheel bolt pattern and the actuator you have.
Sof ro a kit that comes with everything you need to convert the front axle to disc you'd want the Titan kit part # T4843300. This comes with the actuator, the brake lines and all the hub/rotor parts you need.
