According to the owner's manual for your 2011 Nissan Murano, tire chains can be used so long as they are Class S compatible, on the factory tire size, and installed on the front two wheels.

For your 235/65-18 tires, I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains part # TC2323. These are actually my favorite tire chains. They offer the same performance as other high end brands at a fraction of the cost. The square link diamond pattern will provide good traction in both snow and ice.

As you can see in the attached review video, they are very easy to install due to their color coded sections and assisted adjustments.
