Torklift Tie Down Recommendation for 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 SRW Regular Cab Factory Hitch

Hello guys, I am looking at your slide in camper tie down frame brackets for a 2017 GMC 3500 SRW regular cab with no running boards and with factory 20,000# hitch. I need all four and your listing indicates only the front, are the rears included? Do you happen to have number that would work:? Thanks.
