Second Row Seat Cover Recommendation for 2011 Toyota Highlander to Allow Third Row Access

Hello, I have a base 2011 Toyota Highlander. With this product, are the seat covers separate at the split so that I would be able to slide the passenger side seat forward for 3rd row access? And would the middle/armrest be accessible? Thank you!
