Would Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX Work Well on Trailer that Weighs 8,500 lbs

I have a 2007 18ft redline toy hauler that dry weighs 5400 lbs. and fully loaded is 8500 lbs. I am pulling it with a 2010 tundra and I have a husky centerline t.s weight distribution. will the # EJ-3520-BBX be able to handle lifting the weight of the trailer and my rear suspension?
