For your Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # TTWPRG235R16 you will want your psi level to be at 110 prior to any trip while the tires are cold. The tires will increase in psi level as the tires heat up due to road friction and ambient temperatures. For each 10 degree (Fahrenheit) increase in ambient temperature, you will see a 1 psi increase.

If the tires are inflated properly, you won't have an issue with temperature being too high or low as trailer tires are designed for temperature extremes. They are not rated for a max temperature, so you will need to go by the psi rating and ambient temperatures for the best function realizing that the friction heat will also have a effect on the psi level.
