Recommended Weight Distribution Shank for 2-1/2 Inch Receiver on Reese System

Question:

Does Reese make a 2.5inch stinger for the WD round bar hitch head? I am using an adapter sleeve right now but it is really sloppy and would like to buy a 2.5inch shank and install my WD head on it.

Reese does offer the 2-1/2 inch shank # RP54976 which will work fine for your system, however, I recommend the Curt # C17131 which will work just as well and will save you some money. The shanks are made very similar and with the same spacing and hole sizes for adjustments so many of them are interchangeable like this one between manufacturers.
