Replacement Operator Recommendation for MaxxFan 7500 Powered Roof Vent

Question:

My Maxxfan won’t open completely or close completely when using the remote. Hand turning the knob works but it seems stiff. The drive mechanism was replaced 2 years ago and the tech had trouble timing the mechanism to close completely. How do I adjust the open/close position?

Sounds like you have a damaged or worn out roof vent operator and need to replace it with the part # MA10-20281K-1AF since you said the motor doesn't want to fully open or close the lid and it's difficult to turn by hand.
