What is the height of the The Thule Hitching Post Pro, # TH934XTR? The angle of the arms appears greater than 90 degrees from vertical. Is this adjustable to degrees?

The overall height of the Thule Hitching Post part # TH934XTR from the very bottom of the rack to the very top (the end of the arms of the rack) measures 35 inches.
The angle of the arms when they are up and ready to carry bikes is not adjustable. It's the angle you see in the picture.
