On your 2005 Ford F-350 Dually Diesel truck, your trailer tow park lamps are found in fuse location 38. If you don't have lights on the truck, then you will need to check fuse location 17. The next thing to check is the current at your wires using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 and then check your ground connections to make sure you have a bare metal on metal connection that is free of corrosion or debris.
I've also attached an article to help you troubleshoot trailer wiring if that is the issue.
