Expert Reply:
For your 2013 Ford F150 Supercrew, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 or similar install SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 are both confirmed to fit your truck. They are a permanent install that makes towing your truck behind your motorhome simple. It is basically plug and play.
Portable systems like the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System # BLU37TR and Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System # RM-9400 are also confirmed to fit your vehicle but do require set up and are normally just a little more expensive in general.
The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 is needed for your vehicle with any of these applications to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. This is included with the Even Brake System, but all others will require this kit purchased separately.
