7-Way Wiring Harness for 2015 Ford F-150
Question:
I purchased wiring harness 118283 and put the wires in the wrong holes on the 7 way plug side. They clipped in nicely and now wont come back out easily. Is there a trick to getting them back out? I mixed up the brown and blue wires.

There is a simple solution for you, but there is no trick to getting the wires of the # 118283 back out since the wires are different gauges due to the brown wire being for the right turn/stop functions and the blue wire being for the trailer brakes. What you can do is cut off the 7-way on the # 118283 and replace it with 7-way connector # HM47210 that has a pigtail; you'll only need butt connectors # DW05745-5 and # DW05744-5 to connect your splices.
