That would all depended on the aspect ratio of the 215 tire. For example, a ST205/75-14 tire has an overall diameter of 26.1" and width of 8.1". A ST215/75-14 tire has an overall diameter of 26.7" and width of 8.5". Therefore, as long as you have an additional .3" of room between the tire/fender and .4" between the tire/frame then a ST215/75-14 tire will work for you. Please keep in mind that you will also need about 3" or so of clearance between the top of the tire and bottom of the fender to allow for suspension travel.

For a ST215/75-14 tire, I recommend the Provider Radial Trailer Tire part # TTWTRTM2157514D. This tire as the title states is of a radial construction, has an M speed rating (81 MPH), and a D load range (2,200 lbs per tire). You will need to make sure the load range of this tire will suite the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of your trailer.

I have attached a review video of the above tire for you as well.

If the tire has only yellow dots on the tire that will indicate the tires light balance point. The yellow dots should be aligned with the valve stem which is the wheels heavy balance point. This will help minimize the amount of weight needed to balance the wheel and tire. If the tire has both red dot and a yellow dot, the red dot takes priority "Red Rules". The red dot indicates the high point for both radial runout and radial force. Then match the red dot up with the valve stem. Any other color dots on a tire do not mean anything once it leaves the manufacturing plant.
