The Kat's Heaters Oil or Transmission Pan Heating Pad # KH24100 referenced in your question is made right here in the USA.
This is a really nice heating pad that you will simply place under your oil or transmission pan to keep the fluid from thickening during those cold winter months. It can plug right into a 120V outlet and the pad measures 5 inches long and 4 inches wide.
