The Sealed, 4" Round, Double Flash LED Warning Light, 22 Diode - Amber # SLL43AB1 and # SLL43AB2 are the only warning lights we have of that style and they are not double face as you mentioned.

We don't have any that are double faced warning lights, but we do have other options that will allow viewing from both sides. The closest to the size/style you are looking for is the Custer Adjustable Emergency Light w/ Magnetic Base - LED - Amber # HF18A-MB but this is only single sided, so you would need to mount them back to back. The face is 6x4 inches.

Your other option is to use the Dual-Face Trailer Parking/Turn Signal Light - Post Mount - 4" Round - Amber/Amber # ST52AA and then use Custer Multi-Function LED Strobe Driver - 12 Flash Patterns # STR-MRLY and LED bulb # DI85VR.
