Does Greystone Electric Fireplace Force Air or Simply Let It Escape

26 inch model F2609E : Question, Does the unit have a fan to force hot air out or does it just escape from the vent on top of the unit .

The 26" Greystone Electric Fireplace # 324-000065 does force the air out utilizing a blower fan. It works like a space heater with the different temperature settings, a timer, and automatic setting as well.
