Troubleshooting No Power to 12v Terminal of 7-Way Connector on Truck

2011 Ram 3500 I have no 12v power to the factory 7 way connectors on this truck

It sounds like the trailer tow fuse may be blown or missing on your 2011 Ram 3500. It is located in cavity J01 in the under hood fuse box (Totally Integrated Power Module). It is a pink 30 amp cartridge fuse. The other trailer tow fuses are related to the lights or brake controller and would not affect the 12 volt circuit on the 7-Way connector.
To test for wire function I recommend the circuit tester # PTW2993.
