To determine whether or not the Bearing Kit for Disc Brakes # DBRKHW6 will fit your Hayes T52 5,200 lb axle you will first need to pull a hub and locate the inner and outer bearing numbers as well as the number for your grease seal.
The kit includes inner bearings # 25580 and outer bearings # 15123 with their races, grease seals # GS-2250DL, as well as drive-in grease caps # F001520 (with a 2.446" outer diameter), and 10 of our 1/2" trailer wheel lug nuts # CE11051.
If you cannot find a part number on your bearings then you simply need to measure the B, C, and D positions on your spindle using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157. These are highlighted in the attached photo. You will also need to verify the measurements of the corresponding locations on the inside of your hub.
The inner bearings # 25580 have an inner diameter (ID) of 1.750" and install with the race # 25520 which has an outer diameter (OD) of 3.265". Outer bearings # 15123 have an ID of 1.250" while the race to install it, part # 15245, has an OD of 2.441". The Grease seal # GS-2250DL has an ID of 2.250" and an OD of 3.376".
The ID measurements given need to match your spindle while the OD measurements given need to match your hub.
This kit will likely work but it is best to double check.
