I believe your current tires are 175/80-13 tires, so to move to a 15 inch tire is possible but you will need to account for a difference in the tire size.
If my research is correct, your current tires are 24 inches in diameter and 6.9 inches wide. For a 15 inch tire, you would need to go with the smaller size of 205/75R15 which is 27.13 inches diameter and 7.99 inches wide. You will need an additional 1-1/2 inches of room on top of your tire to allow for the additional height and have the 3-1/2 to 4-1/4 inches of suspension travel to ensure you won't bottom out. Then you also need to account for an additional 1/2 inch of backspacing to ensure your tire won't hit the frame or fender on the inside.
If all that works, then I recommend the Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Galvanized Wheel # AM32397. These wheels are ideal for boat trailers due to the galvanized finish.
I've attached a couple articles and a review video to assist.
